General Summary

Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory by presenting, promoting and selling Candela Glace product line and associated consumables to physicians and/or other customers as dictated by respective state regulations in a defined sale.

Essential Job Functions

·      Consultwithmedicalprofessionalsregardingproductbenefitstopatients,andROItopractice.

·      Prospectandidentifynewaccountopportunities

·      PipelineDevelopment:

o  Maintainaspecifieddollaramountinqualifiedbusinesseveryquarter

o  Identifynewaccounts foreachquarterthatareactivelyseekingtoinvestinnewtechnology.

·      ScheduleandexecuteGlaceproductdemonstrationswithinvolvementofClinicalEducator

·      PresentGlaceinacompliant,professional,knowledgeable,ethicalandsinceremanner

·      Interactprofessionallywithphysicians,alliedhealthcarepersonnel,and/orotherlaserusers

·      RepresentCandelaatworkshops,tradeshows,conferencesandconventions

·      Supportclinicaleffortswhennecessaryorpractical

·      Supportsalesandmarketingbyrelayingkeycompetitiveand/orclinicalinformation

·      WorkwithRegionalSalesDirectors and Vice President of NA Salestodevelopquarterlyforecastobjectives

·      Managehomeandmobileofficetoenhanceresponsivenesstocustomersandsalessupportpersonnel.

·      KeepCRM(Salesforce.com)up-to-dateatalltimes

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

·      Education:BA/BSdegreeofhigherpreferred

·      Experience:1-3years,capitalequipmentorotherB2Bproductsalesrequired.

·      Experiencewithdermatologists,plasticsurgeons,medspas,orotheraestheticshighlypreferred

·      Willingnesstotravel25to50%ofthetime.

Salary: $80k + Comission
