Dynamics 365 CE Lead Software Engineer with Copilot

EPAM's Microsoft Business Applications practice is growing, and the company is seeking skilled professionals in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with international teams to deliver essential business solutions for enterprise clients while supporting organizations in advancing their AI adoption and digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development streams for Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Guide technical design decisions and determine implementation strategies
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to engineers
• Create integrations, APIs, plugins, and Azure-based extensions
• Develop AI-enabled solutions leveraging Copilot Studio and custom agents
• Set engineering best practices and quality benchmarks
• Partner with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants
• Assist with technical estimations and solution planning

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform engineering
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET
• Competency in JavaScript/TypeScript for Model-Driven Apps
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, plugins, integrations, and Azure Functions
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring background
• Familiarity with Agile engineering methodologies
• English proficiency at B2+ level
• Grasp of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on work with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Capability to spot AI-driven business opportunities
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles
• Practical experience using AI-powered productivity or development tools
• Background in designing, configuring, or building AI agents is advantageous

• Familiarity with Power BI
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP
• Experience in sectors such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing
