WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? 

As anAssistant Head Coach, you willassist the Store Leader (Nike Head Coach)by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a store. You will perform all store management functions in the absence of Head Coach. You will coordinateand supervise the daily activities of business supportstaff and set priorities for the team to ensure taskcompletion, coordinate work activities with other supervisors. You will apply management skills to improve efficiency andaccomplish operationalobjectives within ownunit and willbe responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment. You will set priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines, develop plans to meet short-termobjectives, perform work in support of brand plans,demonstrate link between daily work& companymission andparticipate in initiatives, and programs. You will prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities. Also, you maybe required tocommunicate with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance 

WHAT YOU BRING 

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years retail experience, or 5 years retail experience in lieu of a degree. 

• A minimum of 3 years management experience, including experience in coaching,counselling and developing people 

• Ability to leada high level of customer service in a Brand Retailer 

• Ability to recruit, lead, and manage a team 

• Ability to work evenings,weekends, and holidays
