Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Facilities Management, plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and safety across Walmart’s facilities. About the team:
The team oversees the full lifecycle of replacing and installing automotive, food equipment, balers, and compactors across Walmart and Sam’s Club locations in the US. They coordinate project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and efficient delivery aligned with business objectives. Emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, the team upholds high standards of integrity and compliance. Members apply strong communication and project management skills to develop effective solutions that enhance operational excellence and support the company’s mission and values.
What you'll do:

Oversee facility operations ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Manage merchandise flow by coordinating distribution and supporting buyers and suppliers during setup.
Maintain confidentiality by verifying supplier credentials and monitoring access protocols.
Assist in supervising associates through training, performance evaluations, and schedule management.
Support vendor relationships by establishing contracts, monitoring compliance, and evaluating performance.
Contribute to budget management by validating expenditures, reviewing invoicing, and managing warranty reimbursements.
Provide expert guidance to improve processes, support business needs, and foster continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in facility operations, including adherence to safety and hazardous materials guidelines.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with associates, vendors, and management.
Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement workflow management processes.
Proficiency in tracking merchandise flow and coordinating logistics within a facility environment.
Demonstrated ethical standards and conduct aligned with company policies and values.
Competence in budget management, invoice review, and reporting related to facility expenses.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
