About the Role:

● The person will be responsible for day-to-day operations activities of an e-commerce

business, including the development, management, and optimization of the online store

● The person will report to the General Manager - E-Commerce Business. The incumbent will

have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the

internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

● Ensuring the online experience is user-friendly and on-brand, and managing customer

● retention and loyalty programs

● Spearheading digital marketing efforts, and analyzing competitors to identify opportunities

● and threats

● Making decisions about products, pricing, and promotions

● Writing management reports on sales performance, and presenting insights to

● stakeholders

● Using historical data to forecast future trends

● Conducting experiments to test different website elements, marketing campaigns, or

● pricing strategies

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

● Any Graduateswith relevant experience in E-commerce can be considered.

● 2 + years of experience in E-commerce

● Proven experience in digital marketing, AMS, and Performance Marketing.

● Working knowledge of AMS (Advertising Management Systems) and experience managing

online marketplace advertising campaigns is desirable.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

● Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for document editing and management is preferred.

● Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,

marketing dashboards, or campaign tracking tools) is desirable.
