To support our global growth and technical excellence, we are seeking an experiencedNDT Expert(all genders) to serve as the organization's subject matter expert forNon-Destructive Testing (NDT).
In this new-established global role, you will drive inspection standards, technical expertise, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the business, ensuring the highest levels of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities
- Act as DYWIDAG's global technical authority for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
- Develop, maintain, and standardize NDT procedures, inspection methodologies, and technical documentation.
- Establish and manage a global NDT knowledge network, capturing and sharing best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Design and implement NDT inspection programs for steel, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, anchorages, tendons, and cable systems.
- Perform and evaluate investigations involving the detection and localization of voids, cracks, fractures, and corrosion-related deterioration.
- Assess inspection results and provide expert recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support critical inspections, failure investigations, root cause analyses, and risk assessments.
- Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and evolving standards in NDT and structural investigation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with certification bodies, industry associations, research institutions, and external technical experts.
- Represent DYWIDAG at international conferences, industry events, and customer engagements.
Your qualifications and experience
- Advanced technical training
- Expert knowledge of non-destructive testing methods and the interpretation of inspection resultsÂ
- Strong knowledge of relevant national and international codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety and technical excellence
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to colleagues and project teams
- High attention to detail and a structured, independent working style
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English and German
