Job Description
We are looking for aDynatrace Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Dynatrace monitoring platform across enterprise applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of systems by leveraging Dynatrace observability and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintainDynatrace OneAgent across Windows, Linux, cloud, and container environments
- AdministerDynatrace SaaS / Managed platforms
- ConfigureAPM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Monitoring
- Create and managedashboards, alerts, and notifications
- Definemanagement zones, custom services, and tagging strategies
- Perform root cause analysis usingDavis AI, Smartscape, and PurePath
- Manageuser access, roles, permissions, and API tokens
- Integrate Dynatrace withITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty)
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to resolve performance issues
- Support production incidents and participate in on-call rotations
- Maintain monitoring documentation and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience withDynatrace Administration
- Knowledge ofAPM concepts, observability, and performance monitoring
- Experience withLinux & Windows OS
- Exposure tocloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity withcontainers and Kubernetes
- Understanding ofREST APIs and JSON
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good to Have
- Dynatrace Certification (Associate / Professional)
- DevOps or SRE experience
- Basic scripting (Shell / Python)
- ITIL knowledge
- Experience with tools likeSplunk, Prometheus, Grafana
