Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in X++, integrations, extensions, reporting, and application customization while collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale ERP solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications.
- Develop solutions using X++, extensions, forms, classes, tables, workflows, and services.
- Customize standard D365 F&O modules while adhering to Microsoft's extension-based development framework.
- Develop and maintain integrations using OData, Data Management Framework (DMF), REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
- Create and modify SSRS reports, Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI reports, and dashboards.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Develop data migration solutions and support data import/export activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design, technical documentation, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Support production issues, system upgrades, and release management processes.
- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP development, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with X++ development.
- Experience with D365 F&O customization, extensions, workflows, security, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Data Entities, OData, DMF, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with SSRS, Electronic Reporting (ER), and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing business processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE integration is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
