Dynamics Architecture

Our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics Architect to support the development and delivery of digital banking solutions for their Wealth & Private Banking division. This role focuses on providing architecture expertise and strategic guidance for high-impact financial services initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Design and provide architecture guidance for Wealth and Private Banking digital product development initiatives
• Support the evolution of digital banking solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
• Leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics platforms to drive technical direction and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business requirements across retail, private, and wealth banking channels
• Advise on system integration, data architecture, and technology strategy for banking-grade solutions
• Mentor and guide technical teams on architecture standards and implementation patterns
• Participate in technical design reviews and solution assessments to ensure quality and compliance

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics architecture and design
• Demonstrated expertise in digital banking solutions, with knowledge of retail, private, or wealth banking products
• Strong understanding of banking industry requirements, compliance, and security standards
• Proven experience architecting large-scale, complex financial services systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics platform capabilities, customization, and integration patterns
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions and modern banking infrastructure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a consulting or advisory capacity
