Role Overview
We are looking for an experiencedDynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end CRM implementations across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving requirement gathering, solution design, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Discovery: Lead workshops with stakeholders to analyze business processes and document comprehensive requirements.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure D365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, user interfaces, and architecture following best practices.
- Project Management: Manage full lifecycle projects independently, including timelines, functional specifications, customizations, data migration, and integration requirements.
- Quality & Client Engagement: Ensure high delivery standards, conduct review sessions, and advise clients on optimal CRM practices.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or MBA.
- Essential Skills:
- Strong expertise inDynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service).
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and workshop facilitation.
- Hands-on configuration experience within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and project leadership capabilities.
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience withDynamics 365 Field Service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, ADF) and .NET technologies.
