Key Responsibilities

Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules
Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations
Work with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web APIs
Gather business requirements and provide CRM solutions
Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with functional and technical teams

Required Skills

Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Understanding of CRM customization and security roles
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Microsoft certifications
Experience with Azure integrations and DevOps
