Qualifications:
- EXP- 5-12 Years
- Project & Change Management: Understanding of ITIL processes, change control, and release management best practices
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications like MB-300 (Core Finance and Operations) and MB-500 (Finance and Operations Apps Developer) are highly valued
- Technical Knowledge: understanding of Dynamics 365 FO architecture, modules, and Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power BI. Familiarity with Azure services and integrations (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
- Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze logs, debug errors, and resolve configuration or code-related issues efficiently
- Communication & Collaboration: Good communication skills to liaise with business users, developers, and support teams, translating technical issues into clear insights
- Required certifications: Microsoft certifications like MB-300 (Core Finance and Operations) and MB-500 (Finance and Operations Apps Developer)
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 FO architecture, modules, and Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power BI
- Familiarity with Azure services and integrations (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
- System Administration: Experience with environment management, security settings, user roles, batch job scheduling, and system backups
- Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset for identifying issues early, suggesting optimizations, and improving system reliability
- Maintain accurate documentation of architecture, configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Strong collaboration skills to work with development, operations, Application owners & others key stakeholder
- Focus on reducing toil by eliminating reoccurring issues
- Ability to create efficient documentation & SOPs, enabling team for faster issue resolution
- Experience in Certificate management
