Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules), Power Platform, and custom integrations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).

• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.

• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

• Build and customize Model-Driven Apps using Power Platform.

• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.

• Manage security roles, user access, and data models.

• Perform data migration using tools like SSIS, KingswaySoft, or Data Import Wizard.

• Support CRM upgrades, patches, and deployments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.

• Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM (On-Prem or Online).

• Strong development experience in:

  • C#

  • .NET Framework / .NET Core

  • JavaScript

  • Plugins & Custom Workflows

• Experience with:

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Web APIs (REST/SOAP)

  • Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions – preferred)

• Good understanding of CRM data model and security model.

• Experience in solution management and ALM.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
