What You Will Do:
Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and applicable regulatory requirements.
Support the implementation, certification, and ongoing compliance of Part 145 and Part 21 approvals.
Develop, manage, and execute the annual internal audit program, including audit planning, reporting, and follow-up.
Coordinate preparation for certification, regulatory, customer, and surveillance audits.
Manage the corrective and preventive action process, ensuring timely closure and effectiveness verification.
Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to audit findings, process nonconformities, and compliance issues.
Monitor QMS performance through KPIs, quality metrics, and management review inputs.
Lead and coordinate continual improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure QMS documentation is maintained, controlled, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Act as the focal point for quality system and regulatory compliance matters across the organization.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
Demonstrated experience with AS9100 implementation, maintenance, and certification audits.
Knowledge of Part 145 and Part 21 requirements; practical certification experience is preferred.
Experience in planning, conducting, and managing internal audit programs.
Strong knowledge of corrective actions, root cause analysis, risk management, and continual improvement methodologies.
Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification AS9100.
Proven ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural business environment.
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Proficiency in English and Polish.
