Duck Creek Quality Analyst

Job Title: Specialist - Quality Engineering

Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):

• The Duck Creek Onshore QA with 7 to 8 years of an experience is responsible for leading quality assurance activities across Duck Creek implementations with a primary focus on Commercial Lines insurance solutions
• This role provides onshore QA leadership governance and coordination for offshore QA teams to ensure consistent quality test coverage and delivery alignment
• The QA Lead defines test strategies oversees test planning and execution and ensures compliance with business and regulatory requirements
• Close collaboration with business stakeholder’s developers and program leadership is essential to support successful releases
• Prior experience with Duck Creek implementations is strongly preferred

Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Defect lifecycle management and regression testing

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage offshore QA teams to create comprehensive test plans detailed test cases and execute manual and automated test scripts
• Define and own the overall test strategy for Duck Creek Policy Billing and Claims modules within Commercial Lines insurance programs
• Review and approve testing artifacts ensuring alignment with functional requirements business rules and industry best practices
• Coordinate testing activities across system testing integration testing regression testing and end-to-end validation cycles
• Oversee defect management processes including triage root cause analysis prioritization and validation of fixes
• Act as the primary onshore QA point of contact for stakeholders providing regular status updates quality metrics and release readiness assessments
• Ensure adherence to testing standards tools and processes driving continuous improvement and efficiency across QA operations
• Leverage prior Progressive Commercial Lines Duck Creek experience to guide domain accurate testing and reduce risk
