Pay Range: $65 - $68/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements for software programs or application enhancements
Create detailed programming specifications
Write or modify code for complex software programs, components, or applications
Perform development testing and audit results
Support and maintain software programs, components, or applications in a production environment
Create and maintain documentation
Provide input and advice on programming best practices

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5+ years of Duck Creek application development in Policy admin/servicing (DC Claims or Billing experience is not a substitute)
Experience in content development/manuscripts
Experience with software design patterns
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners
Experience with manuscript development, configuring coverages and rating, designing and implementing rules and workflows, API integrations, and Flagr
Proficiency in C#, .NET, front-end scripting languages, SQL
Experience in the Commercial Lines Insurance business
Familiarity with Lean, Agile development, and Git
