Accounts Officer

At Dubizzle Labs, we are expanding our Pakistan engineering office of 300+ team members to support hyper-growth across 10 countries. We are looking for anAccounts Officer who loves to learn, perform, and teach to join our local finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• AP & Reconciliations: Verify vendor invoices against POs for ERP posting; perform routine GL and bank statement reconciliations.
• Accounting Support: Prepare month-end journal vouchers (accruals/prepayments) and maintain the fixed asset register.
• Taxation & Records: Compile data for monthly and quarterly tax withholding returns and archive physical vouchers.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle miscellaneous financial and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable institute.
• Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant finance experience.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, quick learner, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
