Job Title: Part-Time Qualtrics Dashboard Contractor

Job Description

The Client's People Insights team is looking for a technical, curious, ambitious, and innovative individual to join its growing team.

The team’s mission is centered around providing actionable insights to clients so they can make informed decisions regarding their people. This is achieved by transforming data to “tell the story” both visually and verbally.

The team provides a full suite of services, including technical expertise, publishing and visualizing analysis, accurately communicating insights, and delivering content in a meaningful way.

Qualtrics Dashboard Contractor will support the design, configuration, testing, and refinement of a Qualtrics dashboard. The contractor will work with the project team to translate defined dashboard requirements into a functional and user-friendly solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and Configure Qualtrics Dashboard: Develop and configure a Qualtrics dashboard based on defined business and reporting requirements, including dashboard structure, visualizations, filters, and other required functionality.

• Configure Text iQ: Use Qualtrics Text iQ capabilities to incorporate and configure analysis of open-text feedback, where required.

• Support Dashboard UAT: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot identified issues, make configuration updates, and support defect resolution prior to release.

• Dashboard Refinement: Incorporate feedback from the project team and business stakeholders to refine the dashboard and ensure agreed requirements are met.

• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Document key dashboard configurations and provide knowledge transfer to the internal team to support ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Deep understanding of HR technology, systems, HR data, and reporting.

• Advanced Excel and Power BI.

• Hands-on experience building and configuring dashboards in Qualtrics.

• Experience configuring and working with Qualtrics Text iQ.

• Experience supporting UAT, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for Qualtrics dashboards.

• Ability to translate defined business requirements into dashboard configurations and visualizations.

• Ability to work independently in a part-time contractor capacity and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A dedicated customer service mentality, a knack for analytical problem-solving, and an ability to see how small details impact the big picture (i.e., systems thinking).

• Understanding of data flow and interfacing systems to build automated solutions for reporting and analytics needs.

• Ability to independently interact with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, assess complexity, and define timelines.
