• Maximum rate: *** per hour
• Standard Hours per day: 7.25
• Estimated workdays: 260 days
• # of roles: 1
• Maximum number of resumes that each vendor can submit: 1 (Submission of more than 1 will disqualify all applications from that specific vendor)

** bids should include ALL fees (including the Flextrack fee), but NOT include tax

NOTE:
• Vendors are requested to submit candidates with full legal name (first and last name), or it will be rejected
• Submissions that is missing the matrix will be rejected
• Submissions that is missing the resume will be rejected
• Submissions that are missing the minimum amount of References request will be rejected (min. of 2 on this SOW)
• Submissions that are missing the completed Conflict of Interest form will be rejected
