We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. This role is crucial in providing compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and enhance their quality of life.
Work Schedule
- Tuesday: 3 PM - 11 PM
- Thursday: 3 PM - 11 PM
- Friday: 3 PM - 11 PM
- Saturday: 3 PM - 11 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in participating in community activities and social events.
- Implement personalized care plans and document progress.
- Foster a safe and positive environment that promotes personal growth and independence.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
