Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience managingMeta Ads andGoogle Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding ofGoogle Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience working withShopify and D2C brands is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience inD2C, FMCG, Skincare, Cosmetics, Wellness, or Consumer Brands.
Knowledge of email marketing, remarketing, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with tools such asHotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Canva, and Looker Studio is an added advantage.
