The Transport Coordinator & Planner oversees the end-to-end transportation process, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of shipments via trucks. This role integrates coordination and system planning by directly engaging with service providers while managing real-time system transport plans. It focuses on ensuring resource availability, monitoring shipment progress, and facilitating timely and efficient delivery to customers.

• Monitoring and Updating of Delivery Status
• Service Provider & Customer Communication

Bachelor’s degree of any course

• Minimum 6 months work experience related to Transport, Warehouse Operations, Shared Services/Delivery, or Manufacturing is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic operational needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, customers, and service providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics systems.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high service standards.

Full onsite work

• Willing to work in Iligan and is amenable to a 6-month contract.
