What You’ll Do:

As the Dropship SME Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Dropship proposition. You’ll lead the transition of our existing Dropship services onto a new platform, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure a seamless transformation. Your expertise will guide the evaluation and selection of a new Dropship platform, helping us to unlock new opportunities and drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior Dropship Subject Matter Expert, leading business transition activities.

• Partner with teams to ensure successful delivery of key milestones.

• Define and influence business requirements for the new Dropship platform.

• Identify opportunities for category expansion and growth.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.

You are a commercially minded leader with a strong background in Dropship operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and have a knack for influencing stakeholders. Your strategic thinking and operational understanding will be key in driving our transformation forward.
