Manufacturing Machine Operator

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate various CNC manufacturing machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications
• Read and follow job orders and work instructions
• Set up and adjust machine operating parameters
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Weigh and measure materials and finished products
• Load raw materials and stock into equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist team members and support production goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or HiSET equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting and standing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
