Drafting Estimator

We’re hiring a Drafting Estimator!

AtDuckWorks, we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to support project estimation and coordination. You’ll help estimate costs and resources, organize project information, and keep clients and teams aligned to deliver high-quality millwork solutions.

📍Santa Cruz de la Sierra | On-site | Full-time

What will you do?

• Estimate project costs and resource requirements.

• Review architectural drawings and clarify missing or unclear information with clients or architects.

• Set up project tasks and time allocations inClockify and maintain progress trackers inSmartsheet.

• Organize project folders, files, and communication channels.

• Communicate project updates, potential issues, and changes to clients and colleagues.

• Help document estimating procedures and improve process efficiency and accuracy.

What are we looking for?

• Advanced English proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.

• Understanding of architectural drawings is desirable.

• Familiarity withClockify and Smartsheet is a plus.
