What You’ll Do

• Maintain donor records in DonorPerfect and prepare reports and mailing lists.

• Process donations, track pledges, and send timely donor acknowledgments.

• Partner with Accounting on financial records, reporting, and fund transfers.

• Help coordinate Resident and Team Member Benevolence funds.

• Support Foundation events, respond to inquiries, and assist the Vice President of Development.

What You Bring

• Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.

• The ability to handle confidential information and work independently and with a team.

• A college degree or suitable work experience.

• Nonprofit fundraising, gift processing, CRM, or accounting experience preferred.
