Role: Senior Business Analyst
• As a Senior Business Analyst with 7 to 12 years of total experience and 5-8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, mentoring junior analysts , and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.
You will work c losely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met through effective analysis and implementation of solutions.
Responsibilities
• Lead the analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and use cases.
• Perform advanced data analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify key business trends.
• Oversee the development and implementation of business solutions and strategies.
• Conduct and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, providing training and support as needed.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Job Skills
