Job Title: Document Specialist
Job Location: Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking)
Job Duration: 12 Months
Shift - Mon-Fri/ 7AM-3PM ( Overtime: Possible depending on workload)
Interview Type: In-person group interviews (Wednesday/Thursday mornings at 9 AM)
Job Responsibilities
- Separate and open mail
- Prep documents for scanning (including glass copies)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Lift items weighing 10–50 lbs
- Alternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting
- Follow strict cell phone policy: phones must be silent and kept in lockers, never on the floor
Work Environment
- Production facility with moderate to high noise levels
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English
- Basic computer knowledge (for training and scanning tasks)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC and typing skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output standards
- Willingness to work multiple shifts (nights, weekends, overtime, holidays) depending on workload
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day
- Physical ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs (floor to waist height, carry 10 feet, lower back to floor)
- Experience in printing/scanning industry is a plus
