Job Title: Email Campaign Manager β Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Technical)
Location: Austin, TX / Westlake, TX / Richfield, OH / Omaha, NE / Denver, CO (Primarily remote; may require onsite for trainings initially)
Duration: 12 Months (Potential to extend)
Type: Full-Time, Contract
Description:
The role is primarily focused on hands-on technical execution of email assets, particularly coding and updating assets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The team is looking for someone who can manage multiple campaigns/work items simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and code quality. The team sits within the Marketing organization but functions primarily as a technical/coding team rather than a traditional marketing team. This particular assignment is heavily connected to a migration of existing assets. The resource will be expected to manage a queue of assigned work, prioritize based on due dates, work on assets, and review/update assets following migration. The role is not intended to be a people-manager or leadership position.

Financial-services experience is not required

Candidates do not need to already understand all financial-industry-specific rules because the team has established guardrails and QA processes

Review the assigned work queue, review deadlines and prioritize tasks, work directly on email/Marketing Cloud assets, review assets after migration to ensure they are in good condition, and make updates to assets following migration

Coordinate primarily with the internal team, with some potential partner interaction depending on project needs
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

Relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML/CSS, and AMPscript/scripting

Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

GitHub portfolio or similar work sample

Basic familiarity with email compliance concepts such as CAN-SPAM

Workfront experience β used for intake of new projects/work

Marketing Cloud asset/package migration workflow experience
