What You’ll Do: 

You will act as the front-line experience specialist for our premium customers, ensuring a seamless, personalised rental experience from rental to return.

Clear communication and coordination with the customerfor vehicle pick-up and drop-off whilst addressing all customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner. You will also confirm all rental verification is accurate and complete, inspect the rental vehicle and assist with the customer's luggage.

What We’re Looking For: 

• A full and valid Australian driver’s licence

• Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)

• At least 1 year's experience in customer service, retail or hospitality

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
