Kathairos Solutions eliminates methane venting at upstream and midstream well sites. Our self-contained system stores liquid nitrogen on site and uses it to run pneumatic controllers and pumps, with no external power and no moving parts. More than 3,000 systems are deployed across North America for 70+ operators. We’re now opening a new region in Oklahoma City.

As a fast growth, cleantech organization, we recognize the critical role our field team plays in driving adoption and operational excellence. We areseeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team of seasoned professionals to meet customer commitments and rapidly growing business needs. 

The opportunity

As one of our first Driver / Operators in Oklahoma City, you’ll help build the region’s operation from the ground up, and grow with it.

You’ll keep customer sites supplied with liquid nitrogen: safely, on schedule and with zero surprises for the operator. Driving is the core of the job, but not all of it. The role also includes skid steer work, hands-on tank maintenance and customer site visits, which makes you a primary face of Kathairos in the field. You’ll report to the South Regional Director, Operations.

What you’ll do

Field operations

• Transport liquid nitrogen from local production and storage facilities to customer well sites and facilities, and deliver it into perma-cyl tanks.
• Operate a skid steer to load, unload and place microbulk liquid nitrogen tanks.
• Support the delivery and commissioning of tanks and telemetry units.
• Troubleshoot equipment in the field, with training provided.
• Flag any issues with trucks, tanks or site conditions early so the regional team can respond before they become problems.
• Represent Kathairos professionally on every customer site.

Safety, maintenance and training

• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and handle minor truck repairs such as air leaks, lights and mudflaps.
• Perform minor repairs on Kathairos assets, including tightening fittings, monitoring for leaks, and installing or replacing minor tank devices.
• Keep the yard maintained and organized.
• Train and coach new and existing team members as the region grows.
• Complete all Health, Safety and Environment training, follow DOT regulations, and maintain an above-average score on our safety platform.

Documentation and compliance

• Upload fuel receipts, BOLs and HAZMAT documents promptly.
• Attribute every trip to your DOT profile, with no unidentified trips on company assets.

What you bring

Required

• A valid Class A CDL. Class B will be considered.
• Valid Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements.
• The ability to meet all current DOT requirements.
• A clean driver’s abstract: no more than one citation and zero at-fault accidents in the last three years.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong computer skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test, and criminal background check.

Nice to have

• Off-road oilfield hauling experience.
• Experience handling cryogenic liquids, industrial gases or compressed gas products.
• Two or more years of commercial driving in oil and gas, industrial gas or a related field.
• Familiarity with upstream and midstream sites.
• Comfort with tablets, mobile apps, ELDs and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
