- B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 8 years of IT experience
Or
Any Graduate having 11 years of IT experience - Experience of managing projects with distributed teams of at least 10Â members Experience in handling customer or user engagements,
- Technical Knowledge in at least one stream of either Software, Networking, Hardware
- Experience of writing RFPS, review of RFPS, proposals
- Project experience in any one of
a) Web technologies, mobile technologies, enterprise web software or
b) embedded systems development - Good communication skills
- Experience of QMS and SDLC Processes
- Support Project experience to Oversee and follow-up on open department issues.
- Develop user relationships through professional, dependable and accurate interactions.
- Ability to reach out and deliver application solutions to customers, including addressing mission critical issues beyond office hours.
- Open to travel to customer sites for high profile issue resolution.
- Record and manage best practice resolutions for PURCHASER's knowledge base.
- Offer proactive communication to reporting hierarchy at district and state level.
