Job Description:

• This role is to manage existing distributors and drive growth in designated area thru applying Castrol’s value selling approach
• Actively promote focused products (e.g. XBB, Syntilo) along with differentiated offer i.e. Intelligent Solutions

Key Accountabilities

•   Lead and drive growth opportunity with distributors thru Castrol’s differentiated offers
•   Actively promote Castrol’s unique offers to potential customers i.e. RecondOil, RRBO, CN ranges, Intelligent Solutions to gain new business.
•   Maintain favorable relationships to motivate promoting Castrol
•   Work and coordinate closely with Castrol internal cross-functional organizations including Sales, Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain
•   Manage sales pipelines and maximizing lead identification & conversion to actual business.
•   Share successful business cases in timely manner among other markets outside of Japan to help business expansion
•   KPIs – volume and GM growth, pipeline strength (potential volume & gross margins), case studies

Travel Requirement:

Some travel may be required with this role, this is negotiable

Relocation Assistance:

This role is eligible for relocation within country
