Title- Distribution Specialist I
Location- Frederick, Maryland, USA, 21704
Duration- 6 months contract
Department: Supply Chain
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Handle the day‐to‐day assignments ofwarehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities.
- Receiveincoming shipmentsofnon‐GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures.
- Dispense GMP materials to support production operations.
- Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed, ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed.
- Maintainaccurate inventory of GMP warehousematerials.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions.
- Communicateinventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate.
- Cross‐train in additional areas of thewarehouse operations.
- Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (excluding patient material).
- Ensure individual employee training is up‐to‐date.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and keep warehouse operations clean and inspection‐ready.
- Complete in‐house forklift certification.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Duties may be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.
- Degree – High School Diploma
- Knowledge ofGMP environment
- Years of Experience – 1 to 2 years in awarehouse environment
- Attendance and Punctuality.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Communication.
