Title: Distribution Lead
Location: Hodgkins, IL 60525
Duration: 0-2+ months
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour on W2
Shift: Various shifts available
- Morning Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM / 8 AM – 4 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM
- Evening Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM
- Night Shift: 10 PM – 6 AM
- Overnight Shift: 12 AM – 8 AM
The Distribution Lead oversees many of the daily activities for an account, department, or station of a warehouse operation.
He/She maintains inventory accuracy, adheres to quality standards, and effective use of staff. This position oversees inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities.
He/She tracks operational efficiency and ensures work completion in an operational area
Clearing carrier trailers of pallets/bags/trash and sweeping out to make available for recovery. Inbounding/outrounding, tracking inventory at remote lots.
6th day/ weekend availability as needed.
Schedule could change based on needs.
