We are now looking for high-caliber students with aspirations to pave the way to a future career with us through Hong Kong Disneyland’s Internship in Operation teams.

Responsibilities

As part of our commitment to support talent development for Hong Kong's tourism industry, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers different opportunities in our Operations teams to students from designated universities, community colleges and institutions.

Basic Qualifications

Program duration: January to June (6-months internship)
 
  • Full-time engagement: 5 days per week / 45 hours per week, with shifts of approximately 8–10 hours (scheduled based on operational needs)
  • Willing to work across different locations within the resort, including both indoor and outdoor environments
  • The role may require prolonged walking, standing, and physical tasks (e.g. lifting and handling items)
  • Specific requirements may vary depending on the policies of participating institutions

Additional Notes

Please note that internship students are required to fulfill all the above requirements plus any additional requirements indicated by the institution, as well as to work through the whole contract period. Employment verification letters, certificates, and/or evaluation forms will only be prepared for students who successfully complete the entire internship contract.
