PositionSummary
The Director of Revenue Marketing owns the strategy, execution, and measurement of Mosai's demand generation and revenue marketing engine across digital marketing, account-based marketing, performance marketing, website and web experience, and marketing operations. Theis leader builds predictable, sales-qualified pipeline across home health, hospice, and physician practice segments and builds and leads a team that blends existing marketing talent with new hires as the function scales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and scale digital marketing strategy across search engine marketing, earned and paid social, display, web, retargeting, search engine optimization, email, and account-based marketing targeting high-value healthcare accounts.
- Drive full-funnel campaign execution from awareness to conversion, grounded in B2B healthcare buying cycles and clinician, operational, and compliance buyer personas.
- Build and manage a performance marketing engine across brand awareness, web strategy, search engine optimization, paid channels, and analytics, ensuring every campaign input ties clearly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Own the website end to end, including information architecture, content, landing pages, conversion-rate optimization, search engine optimization, site performance, and roadmap, as well as web development, design resources, and agency partners.
- Lead cross-functional launch campaigns with Product Marketing, aligning messaging, landing pages, and demand channels.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and return on advertising spend across all digital channels.
- Own the marketing stack, including HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS, attribution tools, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and website optimization tools.
- Partner with Growth and Content Marketing to align paid and owned channels and improve lead quality.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on funnel definitions, service-level agreements, and pipeline reporting.
- Own the demand generation, digital, and web budget and report pipeline and revenue impact to the VP of Marketing and company leadership.
- Establish a reporting cadence and dashboards that translate campaign, channel, and web performance into pipeline and revenue impact, giving leadership a clear and consistent view of what is working and where to allocate spend.
- Build, lead, and develop revenue marketing employees, contractors, and agency partners as the function scales.
- Establish and maintain campaign operations, lead and account lifecycle processes, routing, scoring, quality assurance, data quality, platform documentation, permissions, and continuity plans.
- Ensure marketing systems, campaigns, data use, and digital experiences meet applicable privacy, consent, accessibility, security, brand, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Success Measures
- Pipeline generated and marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue.
- Customer acquisition cost, return on advertising spend, and channel efficiency.
- Account-based marketing penetration, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and lead quality.
- Website traffic and conversion rate, organic search performance, funnel velocity, and forecast accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 9 years of progressive B2B demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or revenue marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading people, agencies, or a function.
- Demonstrated success building integrated programs that generated qualified pipeline and revenue in a SaaS, technology, or other complex B2B environment.
- Advanced knowledge of paid media, account-based marketing, email, web strategy, conversion-rate optimization, organic search, campaign testing, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong command of B2B funnel metrics, pipeline forecasting, attribution approaches, customer acquisition cost, return on advertising spend, and budget optimization.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation and CMS platforms, CRM data, analytics, advertising platforms, and website optimization tools.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations on target accounts, funnel definitions, lead-management expectations, and pipeline reporting.
- Proven team, agency, budget, project, and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to communicate performance and recommendations to executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology, home-based care, value-based care, or another regulated industry.
- Experience marketing to multiple healthcare segments, complex buying committees, or enterprise accounts.
- Experience scaling a demand generation or revenue marketing function during a high-growth or transformation stage.
- Relevant certifications in HubSpot, Google Ads, analytics, account-based marketing, or related platforms.
Work Environment and Travel
- This position may be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement connected to the Jacksonville or Nashville office.
- Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings, conferences, company events, planning sessions, or team meetings.
