Delivery Manager

Role Summary

The Onsite Delivery Manager serves as the primary clientfacing delivery leader responsible for ensuring successful program execution governance excellence stakeholder satisfaction and business growth This role acts as a trusted advisor to client leadership driving delivery performance risk management and strategic account expansion

Key Responsibilities

Lead endtoend delivery governance across client programs and engagements

Proactively identify manage and mitigate delivery risks issues and dependencies

Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives business stakeholders and delivery teams

Represent the organization in steering committee meetings executive reviews and governance forums

Drive delivery excellence through KPI tracking reporting quality assurance and continuous improvement

Develop proactive proposals identify growth opportunities and support account expansion initiatives

Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction

Provide executivelevel communication status reporting and strategic recommendations

Key Skills Qualifications

15 years of experience in Delivery Management Program Management or Client Engagement

Demonstrated expertise in delivery governance stakeholder management and risk mitigation

Strong experience presenting to senior executives and steering committees

Proven ability to drive business growth through proactive solutioning and proposal development

Excellent communication leadership negotiation and relationship management skills

Experience managing complex onsiteoffshore delivery models
