We're seeking a visionary Director, Product Management – Inventory Findability to lead the strategy, innovation, and execution of a critical product portfolio that powers how inventory is found, positioned, priced, and surfaced across the enterprise. This leader will shape the future of our Global Enterprise Product Findability and Merchant Intent platform, driving measurable business outcomes at one of the world's largest retailers.

What you'll do...
Define the Future of Inventory Findability You'll own the vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio that includes:- Product Findability
- Merchant Intent
- Planogram Solutions
- Pricing Platforms
- Digital Shelf Language (DSL)
- Wayfinding and Inventory Discovery Experiences
- Driving customer research, journey mapping, and opportunity discovery
- Defining high-impact problem statements and measurable success metrics
- Ensuring teams focus on outcomes, not outputs
- Translating customer insights into scalable product solutions
- Building durable feedback loops that continuously improve the customer experience
- Develop and communicate a multi-year product vision
- Align roadmaps to enterprise priorities and business objectives
- Evaluate build, buy, partner, and platform reuse opportunities
- Navigate complex tradeoffs across technology, operations, and customer value
- Influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic alignment across the organization
- Discovery and product definition
- Prioritization and roadmap management
- Development and launch execution
- Adoption, measurement, and optimization
- Value realization and business impact tracking
- Define and monitor outcome-based product metrics
- Establish instrumentation and measurement frameworks
- Apply experimentation and A/B testing to validate decisions
- Extract actionable insights from complex datasets
- Integrate AI capabilities into both products and product development processes
- Coaching and mentoring product managers
- Establishing clear performance expectations and growth opportunities
- Building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams
- Creating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
- Strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the organization
- Significant experience leading Product Management organizations at scale
- Proven success owning complex product portfolios and enterprise platforms
- Experience building and executing multi-year product strategies
- Strong track record of delivering measurable business and customer outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business functions
- Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and enterprise stakeholders
- Experience leveraging data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive decisions
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding product investments, business value, and resource allocation
- Retail, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, pricing, or store operations experience
- Experience with enterprise platforms, internal tools, and operational technology
- AI/ML-enabled product development experience
- Experience leading globally distributed teams
- MBA or advanced degree preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
