General Function:Â
The Director II, PrivateBankis responsible for leading a team of advisorsto achieve growthobjectivesincluding financial and client experiencegoals while continuously managing risk and keeping the client at the center of everything we do. Drives and inspires strategic execution of Private Bank value proposition with high net worth andultra high net worthclients and prospects. Reports to the region Managing Director Private Bank.Â

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers andcolleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. Whileoperating within the Banks risk appetite, achieves results by consistentlyidentifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
Business Development/RetentionÂ
Champions and overseesbusiness development efforts forteam ofadvisors to achieve new quality relationships (NQRs) andretain/deepencurrent client relationshipsÂ
Develops andleverages internal One Bank partnerships andexternal COIs to drive new business to team of advisors;coaches advisors/”models theway”on this corecompetencyÂ
Knowstop clients and prospects and contributes to the relationship strategy toclose prospects and deepen/expand current clients’ relationships; Ensuresteamachieves retention andrelationshipprofitability targetsÂ
Leverage National Practice Leadership in each discipline to drive growth within the regionÂ
Lead DisciplinedOne BankSales Process Â
Ensures quality pipeline toachieve financial (revenue, AUM,credit, deposit,etc) and qualitative(penetration, retention,NQRs,etc)metricsÂ
Coaches and oversees execution of consultative sales processand leads successful outcomeswith team on national initiatives and programsÂ
Achievesclient experience metrics reflectingholistic commitmentActively partners with internal specialists(Senior Credit Advisor,Wealth Planning, Insurance, Business TransitionAdvisor, Estate Settlement)to providecustomizedfinancial solutions thatalign with client objectivesÂ
Leverages the Private Bank Center (PBC) to drive operational excellenceandmaximize salescapacity of regionadvisorteamÂ
Establishesteamoperating rhythms and leveragesline of businessreporting toidentify opportunities, close gaps, celebrate success, share best practices  Â

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible forproviding employeestimely,candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential andprovide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing theappropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.Â
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Â
.   Bachelors degreerequired. Advanced degree desirableÂ
.    Minimum 10years experience in the financial services industry with proven sales experience and achievingtop quartile results in client experience; priormanagement experiencerequiredÂ
.   Strong demonstratedtrack record of growing balance sheet, grantingcredit, investment managementandacquiring Assets Under Management in the high net worth/ultra high net wortharea.  Â
.  High level of knowledge concerning investments and financial markets.Â
.    Possessesstrong communication skills and has a good working knowledge of the bank’s products and services.Â
.    This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). The NMLS web site(mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org)provides the MU4Rquestions and registrationrequired for employment in this position.Â

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
