Director of Talent Acquisition

Position Summary

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a recruiting team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance support.
• Partner with organizational leaders to understand workforce needs and prioritize hiring initiatives.
• Monitor recruiting performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop and implement scalable recruiting strategies for professional, leadership, and high-priority positions.
• Personally manage critical or senior-level searches from initial intake through offer acceptance.
• Oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of recruiting technology platforms.
• Design and optimize hiring workflows, candidate pipelines, interview processes, approval workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain recruiting data integrity and leverage analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and business partners to improve the flow of candidate and employee data across systems.
• Create and maintain recruiting documentation, training materials, and best practices.
• Promote compliant, consistent, and equitable hiring processes across the organization.
• Drive process improvements that enhance both recruiter productivity and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities.
• Experience managing recruiting operations, hiring processes, and recruiting technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and recruiting analytics.
• Experience leading process improvement, system implementation, or workflow optimization initiatives.
• Ability to build, analyze, and leverage recruiting metrics to support strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting multi-location or geographically dispersed hiring efforts is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
