Director of Spa, Wellness & Experiences

Guests come to rest, reconnect, and feel their best. As Director of Spa, Wellness & Experiences, you will create signature spa, wellness, and guest experiences across two resorts, building programs that guests love and a team that delivers them with heart.

Job Summary

Create signature spa, wellness, and guest experience offerings across both resorts that guests return for and that add meaningful revenue.

What You'll Do

Including but not limited to:

• Lead spa operations and service standards across both resorts
• Design wellness, fitness, and guest experience programs
• Own spa menus, pricing, and packages; retire what does not earn its space
• Lead and develop spa managers, therapists, and coordinators
• Keep every service licensed, safe, and guest-ready

What You Bring

• 6+ years in spa or wellness leadership
• P&L management and revenue growth experience
• Treatment menu development and service design
• A guest-first creative eye and strong team leadership
• Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the ability to read spa P&Ls and build a treatment budget
• Florida licensure for licensed therapies, where required
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred
