Pay Range: $90,000 -$100,000 Per Year

Description
This full-time leadership role requires an experienced program director to oversee a residential services team in Astoria, Queens, NY. 
The position involves managing clinical and operational aspects of a residential substance use program, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing high-quality care. 
Candidates must be prepared to handle responsibilities beyond scheduled hours.

Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years in substance use treatment.
At least 1 year in a residential program setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in crisis management and staff supervision.
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
Commitment to culturally competent and recovery-oriented care.
Knowledge of OASAS regulations.

Qualifications
CASAC-Advanced or CASAC-Master preferred.
LCSW or LMHC with documented substance use field experience considered.
Prior experience as a clinical supervisor, assistant director, or program manager in a residential or inpatient behavioral health setting strongly preferred.
