About

TheDirector,MEPProcurement&Logisticsisresponsiblefortheoverallleadership,strategy,andperformanceofthecompany'sMechanical,Electrical,andPlumbing(MEP)procurementandlogisticsfunctions.Thispositionprovidesenterprise-wideleadershipforsourcing,suppliermanagement,procurementoperations,equipmentlogistics,projectdeliverysupport,andsupplychainriskmanagementacrossalldevelopment,construction,andoperationalprojects.TherolecombinesthestrategicprocurementleadershipdescribedwithintheSeniorMEPProcurementManagerpositionwiththeoperationalandprojectexecutionleadershipresponsibilitiesoftheSeniorLogisticsProjectManager. 

TheDirectorisaccountablefordevelopingandimplementinglong-termprocurementandlogisticsstrategiesthatsupportorganizationalgrowth,improvetotalcostofownership,mitigatesupplychainrisk,andensuresuccessfulexecutionofcriticalMEPinfrastructureprojects.ThisindividualservesastheexecutiveleaderforallMEPprocurementandlogisticspersonnelandisresponsibleforbuildingscalableprocesses,developingtalent,establishingsupplierpartnerships,anddrivingoperationalexcellenceacrosstheenterprise. 

Asthesenior-mostleaderoftheMEPProcurementandLogisticsorganization,thispositionholdsultimateaccountabilityforsupplierstrategy,procurementexecution,logisticsperformance,projectdeliverysupport,andcontinuousimprovementacrosstheenterprise. 

Theroleactsastheexecutivebridgebetweenbusinessunits,projectteams,andleadership,aligningprocurementandlogisticsstrategieswithcapitalprojectobjectives,operationalrequirements,andlong-termcorporategrowthinitiatives.

• • Leadexecutive-levelsuppliernegotiations,frameworkagreements,strategicsourcinginitiatives,andcommercialriskmanagementefforts. 

• • Directcategorymanagementstrategiesandapprovedsuppliergovernanceprograms. 

• • Overseesupplierqualification,performancemanagement,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives. 

• • Reviewandapprovemajorsourcingrecommendations,supplierawards,andprocurementcommitments. 

• • Ensureprocurementpolicies,procedures,andcontrolsareconsistentlyappliedacrosstheorganization. 

• • Drivetotalcostofownershipimprovementsthroughstrategicsourcingandsupplieroptimizationinitiatives.

Education & Experience

• • Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineering,ConstructionManagement,SupplyChainManagement,BusinessAdministration,Logistics,orrelatedfieldpreferred. 

• • 8-10+yearsofprogressiveexperienceinprocurement,logistics,supplychain,constructionmanagement,projectdelivery,orrelateddisciplines. 

• • 5+yearsofleadershipexperiencemanagingprocurement,logistics,projectmanagement,orsupplychainteams. 

• • Demonstratedexperienceoverseeinglarge-scaledatacenter,mission-critical,industrial,healthcare,advancedmanufacturing,orcommercialconstructionprograms. 

• • Proventrackrecordmanagingmultimillion-dollarprocurementportfoliosandsupplieragreements.
