- Partner with executive leadership and volunteer leaders to create impactful donor engagement opportunities.
- Support the Chief Development Officer in advancing relationships with key donors and prospects.
- Help donors connect their values and philanthropic goals with the mission and strategic priorities of PPLM and PPAF.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive major gifts strategy that supports organizational fundraising goals.
- Collaborate across Development and organizational leadership to identify opportunities for donor investment and engagement.
- Partner with Development Operations to ensure accurate donor tracking, moves management, reporting, and forecasting.

- Stay informed about fundraising trends and best practices and contribute ideas that strengthen organizational fundraising success.
- Attend occasional evening and weekend events, meetings, and donor activities.
