Strengthen workplace culture: Partner with leaders to build trust, accountability, teamwork, and recognition through consistent leadership practices and meaningful action on team member feedback.
Guide leaders through employee relations: Address concerns, review counseling and corrective-action documentation, and support fair, consistent application of policies.
Support workforce planning: Partner with the Community Vice President of Operations and department leaders on staffing needs, recruitment, and onboarding.
Oversee HR administration: Coordinate leave requests, workers’ compensation claims, incident follow-up, transitional duty, benefits support, garnishment documentation, and accurate HRIS records.
Improve HR service and practices: Oversee weekly pre-hire paperwork sessions; partner with the HR Benefits Coordinator on OSHA reports, EEOC records, and HRIS information; and improve processes, communication, feedback, and recognition.
