An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced casino operations leader to join a growing casino in Central Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity to help shape the property's operations, develop its team, and make a lasting impact while positioning yourself for continued career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Slot Operations, Table Games, Players Club, and Player Development.

• Analyze gaming performance, revenue, and operational metrics to drive profitability.

• Lead casino managers and develop a high-performing operations team.

• Oversee staffing, budgeting, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance.

• Establish processes and standards to support the property's continued growth.

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of progressive casino operations experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.

• Experience overseeing both slot operations and table games; slot technology and performance analysis experience are highly desirable.

• Strong background in gaming revenue, analytics, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Key Employee License.

• A college degree is preferred but not required.
