Pay Range: $141,544 - $202,000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for Cardiovascular Services.
- Lead and integrate multiple cardiovascular departments to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Partner with hospital administration and the Cardiovascular Services Medical Director on program development and strategic planning.
- Work closely with physicians to implement quality initiatives, research, and evidence-based practices.
- Develop and manage operational and client budgets for Cardiovascular Services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, standards, and clinical guidelines.
- Maintain LA and Ventura County STEMI designation and Society of Chest Pain Centers Chest Pain Center accreditation.
- Provide leadership and direction to cardiovascular management teams, including the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager.
- Drive quality, patient safety, service excellence, and operational performance across the cardiovascular program.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Cardiovascular Services experience;10 years strongly preferred.
- At least 50% of cardiovascular experience must be in a leadership capacity.
- Strong Structural Heart experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred — MSN, MBA, MHA, or related field.
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license OR California-registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification.
- Strong experience leading comprehensive cardiovascular programs.
- Demonstrated success in cardiovascular operations, quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic program development.
- Strong physician, administrative, and team leadership skills.
