About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Security Services (Client), overseeing SOC operations, client engagements, and service quality across a portfolio of managed security accounts.
- Lead and manage Client delivery operations, including SOC monitoring, incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management services.
- Own client relationships at a senior level, ensuring SLA adherence, service quality, and high client satisfaction.
- Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage responsibilities for the Client delivery portfolio, including resource planning, utilization, and margin management.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing SOC and delivery teams across shifts.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and solutioning teams to support new client onboarding and service expansion.
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Report delivery performance, risks, and improvement plans to senior leadership and clients.
- Experience: 15+ years (with significant experience in Client/SOC delivery leadership)
- 15+ years of overall IT/Cybersecurity experience, with 12+ years in Managed Security Services / SOC delivery leadership.
- Strong expertise in SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence, and incident response frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-client Client delivery operations.
- Experience with delivery governance, SLA/KPI management, and client escalation handling.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing large, distributed teams (100+ FTEs preferred).
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working with global clients across multiple industries.
- Exposure to cloud security operations (Azure, AWS, GCP) within an Client context.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
