·   Improve labor, space, equipment, packaging, transportation, and 3PL productivity without compromising safety, quality, or service.

·   Prepare business cases for capital, automation, technology, and facility investments.

Strategic Planning and Growth

·   Develop multi-year capacity and operating plans based on volume, product mix, inventory, acquisitions, and business growth.

·   Assess labor, storage, dock, equipment, technology, and throughput requirements and maintain a prioritized improvement roadmap.

·   Develop contingency and business-continuity plans for operational, facility, technology, labor, and transportation risks.

Safety, Quality, Inventory, and Compliance

·   Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, quality-system requirements, work instructions, trade requirements, and regulatory obligations.

·   Maintain effective inventory accuracy, traceability, cycle-counting, discrepancy-resolution, and product-handling controls.

Continuous Improvement and Technology

·   Use data, root-cause analysis, Lean principles, standard work, and performance metrics to improve flow and eliminate waste.

·   Sponsor improvements to safety, quality, service, productivity, inventory accuracy, storage density, and customer experience.

·   Ensure warehouse systems, reporting, automation, and material-handling solutions support scalable operations.

People Leadership and Communication

·   Build, coach, and develop a high-performing CDC leadership team with clear accountability and succession plans.

·   Ensure appropriate staffing, training, cross-training, engagement, and workforce planning.

·   Communicate performance, priorities, risks, and recovery plans to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Education and Experience

·   Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.

·   Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, supply chain, logistics, or related operations.
